here we are
right now
so lovely
to be with you
let's just
take a moment
and take
three deep breaths
and invite ourselves
into reality,
into this moment
and as we inhale
in a big
but natural way
we're just
gonna feel
a deep appreciation
for the life
that is here now
and then
when we exhale
we will release
all the imagination
and drop more
and more
into presence
let's breathe
in the most beautiful
and compassionate way
we can discern
the difference
between reality
and the imagination
just notice
that there is
the real
here and now
and then
there is the unreal
the mind
thinking, thinking
and thinking
discover a fascination
with this
oh my goodness,
there's so much that's
not happening
what is really happening?
your home
is the real
everything you crave
right now
