What do we mean...?

"It's not about what you do"

We've been told over and over that being healthy is about what you do and don't do. However, if what you do and don't do, comes from a place of self hatred, anxiety, frustration, seriousness, or... fear, then these energies will destroy your vibrancy.  

You'll only find an uphill battle where you cannot enjoy the journey; hoping, fearfully, that maybe one day in the future you might finally love yourself.  This, does not, work.  It's not Vibrant Health, it's embodied self-hatred. 

Sure, you might force your body into some physical change, but you will forever find another problem that sees yourself as... not enough.

The behaviors that lead toward destructive habits, only come from a destructive way of seeing yourself.  These are violent habits that come from a self-violence.  A violence that is simply... unkind, and downright rude and mean, to yourself.  

STOP, trying to change yourself or what you do and don't do; just stop the self-violence.
