we are going
to release
every ounce
of worry
hold on
relax
this isn't hard
at all
we don't have
to try
we're simply
going to
come home
notice that
whatever
the worry
might be
it has nothing
to do
with right now
just notice that
all of the worry
is swimming around
in the mind
thinking about the past,
thinking about the future
can we just admit?
that we don't know?
and also recognize
our whole life
we never really knew
but somehow,
someway
it has worked out
and here we are
right now
so let's just
acknowledge that
we don't know
and that is okay
breathe
into this moment
feel the aliveness
of the breath
feel it touch
every part
of what you are
in this very moment
there is nothing
to worry about
so just
be here with me
right now
do you see
the profound difference?
between the life
that is real?
this moment
which is always
this moment?
and then the life
we only imagine
to be happening?
this moment
is your real home
