let's take
a journey
into the heart
we can bring
ourselves
back
to this moment
simply through
a permission
that fully allows
ourselves
to just
be here
recognize
all the resistance,
all the tension
some silly
little voice
that says
it's not okay
for you
to just be
that's silly
this voice
demands
that you think
about something,
demand
you get
somewhere
but that's not
what we're doing
right now
we're coming home
to the reality
of what we are
not seeking some
imaginary better version
just be here
with me
recognize
that it's totally
okay
to just be here
as you are
can you feel
what is felt?
without thinking
about it
can you fully embrace
whatever experience
your human
might be having
right now
and if there's any
emotional disturbance
then the human
is simply just
scared
so hold
a space
where even
being scared
is allowed
let yourself know
that it's okay
because
right now
in this moment
in reality
there's nothing
to be afraid of
we don't
even have
to be afraid
of being afraid
