let's just be here
so many things
we could possibly
think about
yesterday this,
tomorrow that
let's just taste
this moment
we're gonna take
three big deep breaths
and as the air
fills our lungs
we're going to taste
the love in life
let's breathe
on the exhale
we get to share that love
back with life
let's breathe
so much gratitude
for this moment
right now
it's this moment that holds us,
it's this moment that provides for us,
it's this moment where healing happens
let's give ourselves
to this moment
three more deep breaths
thank you so much
for sharing this space with me today.
