My life's devotion is focused on making genuine spirituality practical, playful, and accessible for heart-based humans who desire to experience more love, compassion, and inner freedom. 

How did I come to the realizations I share? 

Oh boy, through the adorable failure of trying to control life, others, and even myself; i.e., through suffering. 

Also, it could be said that I have a natural (gifted?) ability to see beyond the mind's noise. Not that this ability helps me escape the reality of being human, however, it does help me share what I'm most passionate about.
